Manasvardhan Punarvasan Kendra is dedicated to integrating mentally ill and addicted individuals back into society. Today, over 50 patients receive care here—from psychologists and psychiatrists to counselors and specialized therapists.
Within our Human Development Rehabilitation Center, we offer counseling, group discussions, role-play, brain-stimulating games, yoga, meditation, and economic rehabilitation at very reasonable costs. Our facilities treat schizophrenia, OCD, personality disorders, depression, ADHD, dementia, and more.
We also provide specialized care for children with learning and developmental challenges such as mental retardation, autism spectrum disorders, and Down’s syndrome—all in a nurturing environment.
The new facility will move to a bigger new build space which is by itself a standalone building. This premises is being taken on long lease.
The new facility will house about 150 people comprising of people who are mentally challenged for various reasons (not necessarily by birth), addicts, and elder citizens.
The new premises will additionally house patients who are discharged from hospital but need nursing care.
The new premises will welcome people who may need nursing or medical care for a short duration.
Many families face the dilemma of having to leave behind loved ones needing medical attention while they travel. Travelling with such patients—even for a short duration—can be difficult. Our new building provides secure, around-the-clock nursing care for these situations.
Diwali is often called the festival of Lights and is celebrated by lighting lamps....so Samvedana Foundation gave the creative act to make lanterns to patients. All patients involved in this activity and made many colorful sky lamps which makes them very happy and celebrated this Diwali differently..
